Games Night at the Tennis Club

Eight teams of four lined up for this year’s games night that took place on a warm summer’s evening at the club.

Hosted by Keith and assisted by Kevin, the mix of games provided great entertainment and some fierce competition. As the evening drew on things became even more competitive!

Indoor games consisted of Pool, Darts, Table-Tennis, Jenga and Shove Ha’penny. Outside there was Putting, Boules and Table Football.

After the final round, two teams were tied so a penalty shootout was hastily arranged. The team of Raji, Mark, John and Kyle came out as winners and duly collected their prizes.

Mary organised a raffle (having sourcing the prizes herself) which was held at the end of the evening. The proceeds from that, plus competitors entrance fees, means that we have another £115 to go towards our charity of the year; the Dan Maskell Tennis Trust.
