Ladies Day 2019

A really excellent turnout for this event on Sunday with a record number of 28 ladies taking part. A Sliding Handicap tournament was organised by Len and Mary followed by a superb tea arranged by Lorraine. The Great British Bake Off didn’t stand a chance with our cakes! In addition there was a quiz and a raffle and donations were made to the club’s charity of the year – White Lodge Centre – to the tune of well over £100.

The winners of the tournament were Mirjana and Sandra who beat Sybil and Pam. Congratulations to the winners who each received a bottle of wine. Thanks to all who took part on this beautiful afternoon and for making it an enjoyable and fun day for everyone.
