4th July Tennis Tournament

A fun tournament took place on the 4th July for our Beginners/Improvers section. As the date was American Independence Day we had an American theme. So there was red, white and blue; and stars and/or stripes on show!

There were 3 teams of 4 players, and the winning team was The Chicago Bears: Team Captain Dharmesh, Sarah, Sheryl and Tejan. We were lucky that the rain held off right until the end of the games had been played. We enjoyed Cookies and Donuts and all had fun on the day.

Following the success of the tournament we hope this will become a yearly event.
